Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Edilson was very efficient, communicative, and clean during the job. He explained everything that he was doing, and made suggestions about how to make the most of the space we were using.
