I honestly WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND Matt to any of my friends or work colleagues. I would certainly call him again if I needed another job. He is friendly, punctual, reliable and professional. I am VERY impressed and extremely happy with his work. He worked incredibly hard and his work was of a very high standard. Matt pays attention to detail. If you need a tradesman for tiling, plastering etc. I personally think you would find it difficult to find anyone better. Very impressed.

Vasile layered floor tiles in our kitchen and we are very happy with the work he did.Our kitchen floor wasn't ideal but he did an excellent job in leveling up the floor.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Craig is still working for us doing the first fix and we are very happy with his work. His work is very good quality, very neat, quality pipes and fittings and he measures things correctly and uses a spirit level so everything looks perfect. He turns up when he says he will and works consistently hard all day. He communicates well, suggesting ideas and is extremely helpful and tidy. We would highly recommend him.

Mark kindly undertook this relatively small rendering job. He arrived when he said he would on the two mornings; quoted fairly (reducing the price when the job was, in the end, smaller); cleared up and cleaned up afterwards - all in all highly recommended, I would certainly call him again. Flavius is an excellent builder - and his team are quick, efficient and professional. Apart from that, I want to say as someone who was completely new to building projects, Flavius was extremely helpful in advising me (as I had no project manager/architect overseeing things) and made the whole process so much better. I am entirely delighted with the resulting space - it is a total transformation! - happy to recommend Flavius and his team to anyone. On time, on budget and an excellent result. 5 stars.

Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. We would definitely recommend Fedor and Cuicut Construction, and will certainly use them again in the future.

Jake was a good lad, very knowledgable and got the problem straight on, prices were bang on. Went with a family recommended local roofer instead of Jake but definitely would recommend him for those in need.

Alex and his coworker from C&P General Construction Ltd did an exceptional job repairing and repainting my front door, 7 door frames and most of the skirting boards around my flat. They both are very friendly and are very good at being neat and paying close attention to detail. Alex offered a reasonable price and made sure they both took their time so it was done to a very high standard and to my satisfaction. I had a 16 square meters garden office built by Andreas and Vlad and couldn’t be happier. They’re professional, reliable, and great communicators. I’d highly recommend them for any building or maintenance work. They have a bright future and will no doubt gain more clients even without much marketing. I’ll definitely go back to them for future projects, big or small.

BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.
