I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

Simon is extremely professional, very friendly, and has a fantastic attention to detail that isn't found often in tradesmen these days. Job cost more than my budget but he made suggestions to keep cost down. He also fed into decision on what I wanted done to help me avoid bad decisions that would have resulted in a flooding issue in my back garden whenever it rained. Mark was very knowledgeable.
