I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. It was a bit tricky job and he had to dig the ground to connect the pipe and secured the connection.
