Mark fitted a new radiator for me, did a really professional job and very flexible in working hours to accommodate our availability. Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him. He's an incredibly hard worker, out in all weathers to get the job done in time and willing to change the job as our plans changed throughout the project. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
