Would recommend Mohammad 100%. After posting my job on a Saturday evening, he contacted me within 30 mins and agreed to come out Monday afternoon to look at my immersion heater which had stopped working. He arrived bang on time and after checking the cyclinder he confirmed a new 1 would be needed. He ordered a replacement the same day and fitted it as soon as it landed about 3 days later. Again he arrived to install it when he said he would and the price was v reasonable. Would definitely use again.

I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!
Here at D.R plumbing no job is too small no job is to big we aim to complete all our work with pride and at a high standard leaving our customers satisfied as customer service is valued very highly here. I’ve been in the trade for 4 years and have a nvq in plumbing and currently completing my gas.
Job done but it took 3 days to come and do it.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
