DJ Tonks is an excellent, professional tradesmen who listens and understands your requirements and delivers on what he says he can do. The quality and standard of work is the best in the business and always aims to help you understand the nature and requirement of the job; how he will achieve it and does it at cost effective price. Dean turned up smack on time, carried out a thorough and detailed inspection, and provided a prompt quote for the work needed. Very co-operative, took pains not to interfere with the running of the Club, or the staff carrying out their duties. Most impressed.

James was very reliable, staying in touch before the job was done which helped my confidence. He quoted on exactly what we asked for. He turned up as promised. When he was able to look into the work in detail and it turned out not all of the work was required, he kept me informed and lowered the quoted price accordingly. I would recommend James to anyone.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! Shane was very polite and we found him such a lovely person and would not hesitate in contacting him again.

Luke turned up to do the job early and discovered the fault immediately, he had to leave to go and buy a light fitting. He kept the Labour to under an hour and this included his trip to go to the store. I am highly impressed with his work, professionalism and promptness. I will have no problem with recommending him to friends and family and I will also be retaining his services for the future.

Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.
