However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
