I was very pleased with the complete set of events associated with the work that Paul did. He responded promptly to the initial enquiry, quoted (we discussed this to ensure that the basis of the quote was understood), arrived at the agreed time, completed the installation & left all in good order.

Keith was fantastic, he quoted over the phone and was able to carry out the work really quickly. He got the job done quickly and to the standard required at the price quoted. Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. An excellent service. Saab made the whole experience stress free. He took care of every detail of the job and communicated at every stage even out of office hours, never left you handling. Saab was flexible with appointments and stayed in communication before each visit. I am overseas landlord and were able to organise every with Saab with no problem. He is reliable and helpful.
