Called me ten minutes after placing the request. Daniel immediately arranged to do the job the next morning and gave me a cost at the same time. He called me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. When he arrived, we discussed the work in more detail and he completed everything very quickly and neatly. Provided a test certificate as requested. He was a very pleasant and professional. This is what I expect from a company who is registered as a NIC EIC electrician and would recommend others to do the same.

Nathan installed a consumer unit, socket outlets, linear luminaire and light switches in the garage and connected the LV supply cable to the house utility supply. CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.
