Neil identified and rectified a very unusual and difficult-to-find intermittent fault. Neil liaised with my tenant and kept in touch with me at all times, to let me know what was happening. Jozsef did a first class job, we are very pleased, he arrived on time did a brilliant job dispite many problems he just got on with it, he cleaned up after fitting new taps and left the place looking great, I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service and work, good communication over phone and prompt. Was an honest and friendly engineer, did the job quickly and gave a full years warranty. Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough
