Amazing and fantastic work done by this company. Builders listened to what I wanted done and went above beyond what I expected. Very professional throughout the weeks working here. They are neat and tidied up after themselves as well as being highly skilled. The inspection officer was very pleased with the outcome. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks

These guys worked hard to complete a job that required a great deal of physical effort since there was no access for machinery for digging or earth moving. Cleaning up at the end of the work could have been better. Although the finished work looked very good we are still waiting for George to replace the paving slabs that he said he would replace which were broken in their haste to leave on completion of the job - Nothing but excuses so far, hence the average rating.

Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

I asked Simon to paint the inside of my house and all woodwork and ceilings. I did say the kitchen and bathroom didn't need doing, so they didn't paint the bathroom door oneighbour the inside but that was part of the woodwork so you have to be specific about what you ask to be done. Also he said he would come back to look at things I wasn't happy with, I emailed him twice but he never came back.

Jake was a perfect tradesman. He was polite & punctual, worked extremely hard and went beyond what was expected of him with extra requests etc. The Oak worktops were cut & installed to perfection & the tiling was just as good. I would definitely recommend.

Slight change of plan while waiting for planning permission but in the meantime Peter and his team have taken an interior wall down, replastered the ceilings and walls - lovely work and very reliable - I am very happy to recommend Complete General Builders
