Keith has done a fantastic job hanging wallpaper and painting my hallway. His work is so neat, he's very tidy, conscientious and friendly. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Ace in every way, would highly recommend Paul. He made 2 rooms into 1 for us and matched coving and picture rail, build cabinets to match existing. You would never realise it was two rooms. Also completed a complete bathroom refit expertly and redecorated bedrooms. Saving up so I can get him back to get the rest of the house to look the same.

Jim agreed to tackle a very difficult job - putting a VERY heavy liner (Wallrock) on a ceiling to cover a crack in the ceiling. Over the course of three days he turned up on time and got on with the work. The results are excellent - far exceeding our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jim (and have already done so to a number of friends). If you are looking for a real professional - at a competitive price - he's your man..and very clean & tidy..and a nice guy to boot. Richard

Nick impressed from the start by providing a detailed estimate which he kept to throughout. The initial job was to decorate the renovated interior from scratch ie bare wood and plaster and was very demanding with strong colours cut in against white walls and ceilings The gloss finish on the woodwork was exceptional. Always punctual,clean and tidy and courteous. We were happy to extend our requirement to the exterior of the property which was completed to the same high standard. Thanks Nick for a great job

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. The work was delivered in a timely way and to a very high standard. The guys were always cleaning up after themselves and always left the site clean and tidy. Fred is my go-to builder from now on and have no hesitation in recommending him to others!!

This team provided an extremely professional job painting the exterior of our house, despite their competitive rates. They were very responsive to the urgency of the job, worked very hard and got the job done efficiently. Nothing was too much bother for them, they are very pleasant people to deal with. I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I
