Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. Excellent advice and work. Quote was inl ine with others but I preferred John's no nonsense approach to the work. Left everything clean and tidy, just needed to vacuum up a small amount of sawdust from the carpet. Have already booked more work.
