My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Amazing and fantastic work done by this company. Builders listened to what I wanted done and went above beyond what I expected. Very professional throughout the weeks working here. Thank you Matt for converting our garage space into new office space. The job was challenging and Matt has kept us updated all of the way and dealt with any problem big or small. I had my under floor insulated and a doorway created between my living room and kitchen, with bi- fold doors fitted. James and his team completed the job very professionally and on time. James was very friendly and helpful. He worked exceptionally hard to complete the paving work during the allotted time over the hottest few days of the year. I was very pleased with the quality of his work and would recommend him to anyone. Following the completion of the paving work, he returned to carry out a decking project which I was also very impressed with.
