Competitive price agreed and date agreed for the work. Paul is polite and has good experience and great integrity. Work completed Feb 13th as agreed. Very pleased with experience. Peter was always on time and he worked really hard to make sure he did an excellent job. He is trustworthy and went over and above to make sure the job was completed on time. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend Peter.

John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. We are in the second week of our build which is progressing very well. The team are very professional and courteous and have kept the site and surrounding area very tidy. They have saved us a considerable sum of money not only on the build but also on kitchen units. Delighted with everything at the moment.

We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

Bathroom ceiling painted, Alan did a great job with the best quality materials. He is very trustworthy and friendly. I would highly recommend and will be putting more work his way in the near future.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.

other end, this is to be removed and straightened up. Bricks above the new external lintel appear to have become loose and stuck back in with expanding foam. Workmanship regarding the window and lintel installation on site is extremely poor. Please book another inspection once the issues above have been resolved.
