Paul explained everything he would be doing and timescales involved. He and Michael were very thorough and cleared up during and after the work. We would have no hesitation recommending them and using Paul and Michael for future work in our home.

After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Chris and Mike and would not hesitate to use again.

James was fantastic from start to finish! Gave fantastic advice throughout Which saved us money. James went above and beyond to ensure we got a perfect bathroom. Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

We have had Ben back to complete another job for us. This is our third to date. This job was the biggest, it was to plaster and skim a 5m x 7m lounge,Ben even helped us install a suspended ceiling as well as plaster and skim the room. It looks absolutely amazing. Ben is always punctual and you will not be disappointed at the quality and Value of his work, we highly recommend him.
