I cannot speak highly enough of Quintt of PC & P. Turned up to quote exactly on time, fully explained the work that he would carry out and gave a very competitive quote. Moved other work around as ours was a bit of a rush job. Turned up on time to start work, sheeted up the conservatory floor (important for 'er indoors") and proceeded to complete a brilliant plastering job. Probably the best tradesman we have ever used. This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.
