This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Hi I'm Neil Kell Im a multi semi skilled handyman/builder I undertake all kinds of internal and external work on properties ex gas or major electrics I do small domestic electrical work and cover all work in the home Including small jobs ie putting flat pack furniture together fitting blinds curtains no matter how small as well as doing a loft Conversion. Gareth and Jamie worked in the most appalling weather, were on time but the pointing has yet to be done, but as it needs to be done in fine weather there has been a delay. They are due back tomorrow when the job will finally be complete. I would recommend him for any job and we are completely happy with the work he has done.

Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. He and his side-kick, John, worked non-stop overcoming every issue our wonky victorian terraced could throw at them. I'm so relieved and impressed. He's now my go-to builder.
