We're absolutely thrilled with our toilet renovation by Giannis and his team! Giannis made the process seamless - supplied quality materials and oversaw the work. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with Remi’s service. He charged £200 and said the issue was fixed, but it returned the next day. He claimed it wasn’t his responsibility and wanted to charge again. He then agreed to come back but cancelled directly with the tenants without informing me + went away for two weeks, leaving them without washing facilities. We had to hire another contractor and also compensate the tenants. A refund was refused.

Felix did a fantastic job at upgrading my Consumer board or the fuse box and provided me with the EICR report at the end.
