You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

We’re so happy we went with Awarded Builder for our new bathroom. Heron was professional, friendly and really easy to deal with. His work was to an excellent standard and he does a lot of trades! Plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing - all done really well. The overall effect was great, his attention to detail really shows. He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
