Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Said he didn't want visit the home to get quote and told us what the price would be from pictures. Then after already starting the job said it would be £150 more than the agreed price. Didn't give an invoice after I asked.

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
