He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I am extremely disappointed in the flat. I absolutely do not feel that it has been deep cleaned by any means. I do feel that I have been taken advantage of. I cannot leave a positive review. The kitchen floor is sticky, the furniture is dusty, the mirrors and screens are not clean and I don’t believe the carpets have been thoroughly hoovered. I feel conned. I gave Pamela the opportunity to discuss the fee charged and to find a resolution but she did not respond.
