They were quick to respond and to provide a reasonable estimate for how much the work would cost. Once we had confirmed the job, they were flexible in working around our dates. The work was done promptly and our tenants were very satisfied with the quality. A great job all round.

Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.
