He first took the time to understand the issues via a call, photos, and video clips, and arrived well prepared with the parts he anticipated might be needed. There were multiple issues to fix. Due to parts needing to be ordered, the work was completed over multiple visits, yet he honoured the original fixed quote. He was highly efficient, and very thorough in his work. The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. All of the team were personable and a pleasure to have on site.

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
