Aaron fitted an Ariston water heater we got from a charity. We are - a disabled Mum and 2 kids. It fell off the wall flooding the bathroom because he did not use the bolts in the installation kit to mount it. Water heater now a write off, Aaron not answering his phone. 180 quid on emergency plumber.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
