What a comedy of errors, unable to list full story due to word count, in brief changed price 2 days before job was supposed to start, then turned up and asked for money, no mention of this before, please make sure you get everything in writing before you proceed, can’t comment on workmanship as told him not to come back, Beware.

Roy contacted me within 30 mins of my posting the job and on a Sunday. He offered me a price I was happy with and arrived within the hour. He completed the job with professionalism and skill and also spotted a couple of issues with other doors which he rectified without further charge. It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
