George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. Absolute 1st class service and build from Michael and his team. Communication was great from our first contact right through to completion. Excellent competitive pricing and good invoicing. The overall build quality of our extension is fantastic and thoughtfully done. We had a downstairs shower room, dining room and hall added with new back steps. Michael is a great problem solver too. Would definitely use again and highly recommended to anyone looking to have any sort of build project taken on.
