George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I recently had a room painted and decorated with Rr company. I was contacted immediately following my request for a quote and Sami from Rr started the job within a few days...the day that suited best. Sami was very professional and always polite and friendly. He worked hard and explained what he was doing and completed the job a little earlier than was thought initially. His paint work is excellent and he tidied everything up afterwards. I would definetely be happy for Sami to do any other work again.

Josh was friendly and did a good job for my mum’s small garden. He removed a large overgrown shrub and ivy which was all over the fence and shed. Removed all the rubbish and put up a new fence. Also laid membrane and gravel for the side alley.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
