George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Update on previous rating as follows. I have downgraded my star rating because after the work was finished a water leak was discovered. The leak was due to a poor connection on pipes underneath the floor tiles below the newly fitted washbasin. It has cost nearly £1000 to find and repair the leak , plus water charges. The firm has not offered any compensation for their mistake.
