We have a very difficult set of footings which involves a line of trees close by. Foundations passed by Building Control with flying colours. A pretty good job was done, but they charged a lot of money to say they were only onsite for 3.5 hours. They also didn’t re-sand in between the joists as I would have expected.

Unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with the job S&D has done for 3 reasons: * they smeared with the cement mix all the brickwork they touched as well as the adjacent wall and the electric car charger * they left the rubble behind * they were going to leave the roof not weather sealed until I spotted and and fought for it to be mended
