They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

Great job done by the team. I had two loft hatches replaced and new ladders supplied. They arrived earlier than expected and got the job done. It was clean, professional and overall an excellent job. A good job, expertly carried out, but not quite up to our expectations with clearing the debris. It took us two days to get the garden back to normal. The second phase of the order is yet to be done and I’m sure that they will satisfy our requirements.

Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. On this occasion I only had 1 reply so was grateful to get the job done but it comes at a price.
