Mark came out at short notice (over the weekend) to quote for work. Work needed wasn't quite in his area but he gave some very helpful advice.
The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. I was absolutely delighted with the job that Stephen did. I wanted one wall tiled behind my cooker and I had already bought the tiles so had an image in mind. When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. He was the only tradesman to measure the area I wanted tiled which was reassuring from the start and I made an instant decision to use him for my job. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job.
