Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Dave and his team were excellent. They were very curteous and tidy in their work and did everything to deliver what I wanted. It was a pleasure to have Dave and his team doing the work and I cannot recommend them too highly. If I do need any further gardening work done I will definitely use them again.

Dan at IdealDecor originally fitted a replacement lock to a store cupboard for me – great job. He then completed a half flat decoration while tenants were living there – not an easy task. The work was spot on, consistent with quote and that in itself makes him highly recommendable. But Dan managed the whole job/access etc directly with the three tenants, and kept me fully informed throughout. We have already planned two more jobs. *** 100% highly recommended ***
