Ryan could not have been more helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure hiring him. He completed a complex job removing a broken boiler, installing a new one, re-routing a gas through 30m of new pipe and installing a radiator, then getting it all to work with our existing smart home system. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. I posted this job after a British Gas Engineer failed to get my downstairs radiators running and suggested the system required a power flush . Joe came out on the day I posted my job and having looked at my radiators and heating system identified the fault and had my radiators working within fifteen minutes of walking through the door. I can’t rate him high enough for his knowledge/professionalism, a less experienced/reputable engineer could have ended in me paying hundreds of pounds for unnecessary work.
