Matty done a fantastic job at my property and had it ready in time for my new tenant as promised. He is very polite, punctual, true to his word and knows what he's doing. Dean and Liam attended early Tuesday morning and sorted out the problem which was the motorised valve. They also checked all the wiring and fitted a new wiring control box. Very pleased.

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Really pleased with the entire service from first contact to leaving my home! Will most certainly use Ryane again; he was friendly, helpful, flexible, adaptable and fair!
