The project turned into a whole bathroom & kitchen refit so it was a large job. The Claridges were thoroughly professional and clean. They came along a few times and designed it up for me, incorporating any of our feedback into the design. The work took a lot longer than planned, but it was very extensive. The end results were fantastic, we were very pleased with the work. We'd definitely hire M.C. again.

I cannot recommend Alistair highly enough. We have had a total re fit of our shower room and Alistair coordinated all the tradesmen needed to complete the work to a really high standard. He is reliable, professional and a perfectionist in his work and nothing is too much trouble to .ensure his customers are totally happy with the results. We would not hesitate to use Alistair again for any plumbing work we need.

Within 12 hours of posting my job request, CB Plumbing & Heating had assessed the work required, contacted several suppliers and completed the work required. I could not have wished for a more helpful and efficient tradesman. I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others.

Paul laid paving and lawn in my daughters garden, he did an excellent job, it's made such a difference and has transformed a miserable garden into a lovely space that they can use all year round, I would recommend his workmanship, he was a really nice person arrived always on time and did a great job.. Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! The guys were very honest, easy to get along with and when ever we had any issues , suggestions or addition things doing they sorted straight away. Would highly recommend.

Andrew quoted on the job and stuck to quote. He explained what needed doing in lay person language. The job looked tidy and he explained when to wash the patio so as it to disturb new mortar. I am very pleased with this job. Thank you Andrew

Excellent high quality service. Both Jamie and Dave have done a fabulous job on refurbishing 2 bathrooms in an old property. Reliable honest and as good as their word - will be using them again in the future for other jobs. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I recently had Luke and his team widen an opening between two rooms in my property, which was a sizeable job requiring the installation of a steel beam. The work was managed efficiently, and great care was taken throughout the project. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Luke and his team for their professionalism and attention to detail.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. He communicated well throughout the process and worked with consideration. Highly recommend.
