I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Great job, full boiler replacement done perfectly as well as sorting out the dodgy issues from the previous boiler installation. Took his time to do the work properly, excellent pope work, neat and tidy, and even did a little extra work without charging for it. All paperwork done as it should be. Very highly recommended

I have 5 years in painting and decorating at 20 years old ( I have been painting since I was 15) and passed my level 2 with distinctions across the board. I came 2nd in a country wide painting competition of a total of 32 different people. I can Wallpaper, paint interior walls and ceilings and all woodwork. I always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with my work and that I am clean and tidy. I am now working as a full time plumbing and heating engineer to further my skills in the trade so i am now taking on plumbing jobs for myself.

In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.
