Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Daniel did a fantastic job of tiling our kitchen. He took extra effort to provide all the materials which saved us a lot of time. Daniel was really professional and it was a pleasure to meet him. I qualified as a plumber in 1999 and have been running a small family business ever since. With private homeowners and landlord owned properties the mainstay of my business, you can rest assured any job large or small will be carried out by a competent tradesman. Timekeeping is also something we pride ourselves on so no more waiting all day for a plumber, 95% of 1 hour time slots are kept and if you have an emergency we can be to you within in the hour. No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable

Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. Very impressed and very happy with the outcome. I recommend this company and will be using them again on other jobs in the future.
