Ciprian and Raz were absolutely excellent- they fitted my bathroom in the exact time expected, they were on time every morning, polite, friendly, proactive with everything, courteous about my neighbours. They even drove to pick up my extra tiles on the last day so the job could be finished on time whilst I was stuck at work. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. Zlatko was brilliant. I made the initial contact for the work to be carried out at my sons' house. My son had just had a wood burning stove installed (it was a wedding present from my wife and myself) Obviously, there was a good deal of making good that needed doing. A fire surround and cast iron grate had to be removed. Once contact was made with Zlatko it was all systems go. He turned up on time to give a quote which was very competitive. He turned up the next day and did a super job.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The project was finished on time and within the agreed budget. The builders were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent; both the loft conversion and the extension blend seamlessly with the existing house. I would highly recommend them.

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
