Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Didn't show, kept making excuses to not show. I'd taken a day off work to be there so was frustrating. He said he'd arrange an alternate time but never got in contact so I've not chased.
