Alex is polite & honest & we felt we could trust him in our home.He listened to all the requirements & never tried to make us change our mind about what we wanted (a first!).We knew what we wanted done & Alex made every effort that these requirements were met at a high standard despite tricky tiling. difficulties etc.Alex carefully prepared & carried out all the work.It was always tidy.Totally professional, highly skilled, clever craftsman & we LOVE our new bathroom. Ryan phoned me the morning after posting job. We organised a time in the afternoon for him to do the job that evening. Ryan turned up on time, and the job was carried quickly and cleanly. Price was cheaper than other quotes from more local plumbers, and Ryan was polite and friendly. Great job done at a great price. Will be saving his number for any future jobs that may be required.

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do.
