Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.
