Turned up on time, with clear comms in advance to agree date/time. Courteous and reliable. Consulted with me to ensure we achieved what was required with minimal 'making good' required. Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! Probably the best tradesman I've ever used! HIGHLY RECOMMEND????

I needed an Electrical Certificate for my rental property. I chose this company because the price was competitive. I knew there were issues with the electrics in the flat and I wanted a new oven and hob installed. Nicholas clearly explained everything to me what was required and why. I am so happy with the high quality of work and the timely manner in which all jobs were completed. The old oven and hob were taken away. I have received all certificates and documents that I needed.

We hire Lee for three separate jobs based on his excellent feedback. He is initially very responsive and competitive. However all jobs have had to be reworked. One of those jobs resulted in a fire. Lee requested my bank details to repay me for fixing the work. I am still waiting 4 months later. AVOID
